The Omega Group
Who Are the Bad Guys?
TOM DELONGE: “I think that one man’s demon is another man’s alien. You know? And it’s all the same stuff. I remember I had a really interesting exchange with somebody, and I said, ‘Would this particular group be the angels of the Bible?’ And I got one word back: ‘Yes.’ And I said, ‘So the other group would be the demons?’ ‘Correct.’ And I said, ‘Well, I would imagine they don’t like each other very much.’ ‘Agreed.’”

GEORGE KNAPP: “Are they the bad guys because we chose one side? You said earlier tonight, “We chose sides.” Are they demons in our eyes because we chose the other side?”
DELONGE: “You know, I wouldn’t say ‘demons’ necessarily. I mean, I was told specifically ‘empire building’ and ‘resource extraction,’ but I mean, amongst other things, I’m sure there’s a lot going on.”

When discussing the alien “proxy war” taking place on our planet, Tom DeLonge has specified at least two groups: a pro-human force (the good guys), which humanity associates with the gods of ancient Greece, and an anti-human force (the bad guys) comparable to the concept of “demons” in religious lore. According to Tom, the “Greek Gods” are a very advanced group that left the planet after a catastrophic event, monitoring Earth from a small nearby outpost. Tom has stated this group has “pushed” humanity forward in the past, and is in constant conflict with another negative force. As DeLonge put it in a separate 2016 Coast to Coast interview, “There is a very strong link between what people think demons are from the bible and other religions, and the UFO phenomenon. What you have is something that doesn’t like man. Period. And feels either jealous of, or has some sort of plan for what man is to be.”
Zoroastrians believe in multiple deities which coexist eternally. Ahura-Mazda is the supreme embodiment of goodness and truth, while Ahriman is an independent evil spirit who creates a cosmic dualism between forces of light and darkness. Perhaps our modern religions are attempts to decipher this ancient battle. According to legend, until Ahura-Mazda created light, Ahriman was not yet conscious of his existence. In his 1928 book, The Secret Teachings of All Ages, occult philosopher Manly P. Hall added, “When Mazda created the earth, Ahriman entered into its grosser elements. Whenever Mazda did a good deed, Ahriman placed the principle of evil within it. At last when Mazda created the human race, Ahriman became incarnate in the lower nature of man so that in each personality the Spirit of Good and the Spirit of Evil struggle for control.”
